I hate this whole Iran election protest thing going on. Not that I hate that the Iranian people are protesting. I hate that they are protesting and their voices are being shut down.

And there you have it. Straight sets over Soderling and he gets his 14th Slam title. Career slam now too since he got the elusive French Open title.

I'm just happy Roland Garros is over. What a spectacularly hideous tournament. And now I hear Rafa's right knee is not well at all and he might miss Wimbledon.

Some random fan runs down the stands, jumps on to court (Fed's side), waves a flag, runs UP to Fed and tries to tie the flag around him. Fed visibly shaken and security tackle the weirdo and take him away.

Just watched match point of last year's Wimbledon final and the look on Roger Federer's face is of utter devastation (understandably). And I was thinking to myself, you know, Rafa's loss at RG today is nothing compared to Fed's loss last year.
